Bedroom 1, kingsize bed. Bedroom 2, double bed. Bedroom 3, bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle/wc/whb.
Above the first floor in the attic, is a gymnasium with wall mounted LCD T.V. (access is via pull down steps). Please note these facilities are used by residents at their own risk. Large garden with patio, table and chairs and built in BBQ. Ample parking. Rent inclusive of electricity and gas central heating. 3 p.m. takeover.
1 well behaved dog is accepted at the property.
